This platform is designed to facilitate all users
Our goal is to develop a smart health platform to support Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospitals, enhancing their operational capabilities. This platform is designed to facilitate all users, including operational staff, management, and residents. It aims to streamline connections with relevant internal and external parties, reduce work processes and documentation tasks, and drive users to focus on health-promoting activities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
The Challenge
The current hospital information system is complicated and impractical for users, with little ongoing development from developers.

Users face issues with duplicate work, such as recording individual health data, submitting performance reports, and disbursing expenses to government agencies. The lack of centralized data management limits data sharing among Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospitals within the same province, rendering significant data unusable for further analysis and application.

Moreanamai, the alternative hospital information system, enhances healthcare operations to become more efficient and effective through a web application.

Accessible from any device and location, the system supports all operations both inside and outside the service unit. It prioritizes data security by adhering to HL7 and HIPAA principles. Additionally, it leverages available data to display dashboards and spatial information for further analysis and planning.
Key Functionalities
One stop service function
Provides end-to-end services, including authentication, vital sign screening, diagnosis and procedures, dispensing, and payment.
Population data recording
Stores resident data for supervising medical care and organizing health promotion and prevention activities. It also pinpoints the location of population in the area, which is useful for proactive or off-site work.
API Integration with Relevant Parties
Connects to various systems in the government sector, such as the Ministry of Public Health and the National Health Security Office, as well as private sector systems.
Automated Notifications
Sends automatic notifications regarding upcoming appointments or planned activities in the service unit, reducing errors and improving operational smoothness.
Management Dashboard
Displays the overall public health situation in the area of responsibility and the operational status of the sub-district hospital in an interactive way.
Inhabitants' connections
Facilitates communication and publicizes information via Line OA. It also provides diagnoses through Telemedicine or a Chatbot program, reducing the need for in-person visits to service units.
